Capoeira

Classes focus on building strength, agility, and body control through Capoeira, combining self-defense, acrobatics, music, and dance. New students practice basic movements like the “ginga” and learn to speak and sing in Portuguese while playing traditional Capoeira instruments. Tricking & Open Floor

Practice with us during our Open Floor sessions, use our equipment, stretch, or just hang out. At Z GRVTY, we offer programs for martial artists and gymnasts. Our goal is to create a community where athletes improve and share knowledge.

Karate

Kyokushin Karate is one of the strongest styles of karate ever created. Our instructor, Zibby Koszela, is among the few practitioners worldwide to have completed the 100 Kumite (fight) challenge. These classes will push you to the breaking point and beyond. Intense conditioning and stretching prepare you for Friday night sparring sessions.

Bujinkan

The Mississauga Bujinkan is a small school dedicated to teaching Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. Founded by Headmaster Masaaki Hatsumi in 1970, Budo Taijutsu encompasses the arts he inherited from his teacher, Toshitsugu Takamatsu Sensei.

Little Warriors

Our Little Warriors program targets children aged 3 to 7, focusing on developing fundamental motor skills. Activities and exercises challenge coordination, promote strength, and enhance flexibility. Team games encourage communication skills.

Our camps provide kids with opportunities to learn self-defense, develop leadership skills, and adopt smarter lifestyle choices. Activities nurture a healthy mindset and build mental resilience through engaging challenges. Rent our space and access fitness equipment, foam crash pads, storage, multimedia sound system, washrooms, changerooms, lounge area, and kitchenette. Available weekday mornings and weekend evenings.
