Step 1 – Book a class
Choose the class and date that works best for you. You only need to book a class if it’s your first visit.
Step 2 – Prepare
For your first class all you need is comfortable workout clothes such as jogging pants and a t-shirt. Also, don’t forget to bring some water!
Step 3 – Arrive early
Try to arrive 15 minutes early on your first day to receive an orientation and get ready.
